Payment and Welfare

SunSourcing built a competitive salary standard according to the social and industrial salary data from the authorized institutions. Payment for any position is above the average level in the industry. We also have a system of performance evaluation, for people who contribute more for the company will gain much more bonus for encouragement.

Except the social welfare, SunSourcing also provide paid vacation to those people with high honesty and good performance. Also, Annual physical examinations, outdoors exercises and other sports activities are held by the labor union to keep the employee’s body health.

SunSourcing provides the lunch subsidy for all the employees in each workday. We also arrange company buses for the convenience of employees.
